These three disciplines are my favorite when it comes to distraction. football is the sport I play the most when I want to sweat and have fun with friends. As for tennis and basketball, they are also my favorites, except that I only play them when I find the opportunity and for tennis, I am a fan and I watch tennis matches a lot at home.
