• Assist to Conduct compliance training for new and existing employees.
• Organize monthly stock inventory and reconciliations.
• Manage fixed assets and conduct random cash checks across branches.
• Monitor claims accounts and conduct vendor assessments.
• Conduct Compliance and internal control review.
• Prepare detailed reports highlighting compliance findings and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial controls.
• Evaluate risk management practices and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide support during external audits by compiling necessary documentation and liaising with auditors.
• Assist to implement best practices for internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
