• Responsible for supervising and executing planned preventive and breakdown maintenance of all production equipment in the processing and packaging area as well as utilities ensuring plant availability and efficiency.
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of personnel in the maintenance department, providing guidance and coaching when necessary.
• Inspecting completed work to assess quality and identify skill gaps.
• Ensuring safety regulations were followed by employees while performing maintenance tasks.
• Scheduling and coordinate preventative maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability as well as analyzing and identifying equipment failure root causes and initiated correction actions.

• Diagnosing mechanical problems using visual inspections and test instruments.
• Performe preventive maintenance tasks, including lubrication and cleaning of machines and equipment. Replaced defective parts such as bearings, seals, gears, valves.
• Installation and repair of pumps, compressors, boilers and other industrial mechanical systems as well as new machinery and equipment.
• Providing technical support to production staff for machine troubleshooting needs. and responding promptly to emergency breakdowns at any time during shift hours.
• Ensuring proper functioning of facility's HVAC system by performing regular maintenance checks, diagnosed equipment malfunctions and performed repairs to restore equipment and maintain uptime.
• Performing routine maintenance on hydraulic systems, including changing oil filters, flushing tanks, pumps, valves and replacing hoses.

• Operation of labelling and packaging machines at the milk production department and other oversight duties involving daily routine checks and correcting any minor defect on pneumatic mechanisms, rollers, conveyors, carrying out lubrication etc.
