Amanda Ama Frimpong

I am a very focused medical student whose focus is patient care. My skills of clerking and assessing patients is accomplished and considerate. Because I have a fair understanding of anatomy, physiology and medical terminologies I am able to transmit these theories into practice.

I have good leadership capabilities which I demonstrate whilst undertaking clinical rotations and group work. I readily acquire new skills and knowledge, easily adjusting to demanding situations. I have excellent communication skills which enable me to articulate information to patients and colleagues making it easy to work together.

Furthermore, I am very organized and I am able to prioritize my work and manage my duties. This makes it possible for me to attend to my studies, clinical work and other activities with patience and ease. All in all, the combination of my passion for growth and learning, together with my ability to establish bonds with patients and students makes me a diverse and committed medical student.
