In my free time, I enjoy a variety of activities that help me unwind and nurture my mind, body, and soul. Swimming is a great stress-reliever, allowing me to relax my entire body without exerting myself too much.

Jogging is another passion of mine, as it helps me stay physically fit and mentally sharp. I also find that jogging clears my mind and sets me up for the day ahead.

Participating in charity work is incredibly rewarding for me. Not only does it allow me to give back to my community, but it also helps me appreciate my own circumstances and motivates me to make positive changes in my life.

Reading is another favorite hobby of mine. I love how it expands my knowledge, challenges my perspectives, and broadens my understanding of the world. Whether it's fiction, non-fiction, or news, reading always leaves me feeling enriched and inspired.

When it comes to music, I'm a big fan of Jazz, Lovers Rock, Reggae, and R&B. There's something about these genres that speaks to my soul and lifts my spirits.

Cooking is another creative outlet for me. I enjoy experimenting with new recipes and flavors, and I find that it helps me relax and express myself in a different way.

Finally, I'm an avid hiker and mountain climber. I love pushing myself beyond my limits and exploring the great outdoors. There's something about being in nature that helps me feel alive and connected to the world around me

I'm an active team member in the Media Department (Tapes & Technical) at Grace Baptist Church, where I contribute to the smooth execution of media-related activities.

Previously, I served as Vice President of the Ghana National College, Cape Coast Year Group Association (NANANOM), where I developed leadership skills and collaborated with colleagues to achieve common goals.
