  • Various Institutions send copies of certificates and transcripts of our past students to the directorate’s email, and I compare with the records in the ROPAT System to verify whether the records are authentic or not.
  • Tagging of students in the ROPAT System- deferred, repeated, withdrawn, dormant, rusticated, probation, deceased.
  • Drafting of repetition, withdrawal, return to programme, scholarship and deferment letters.
  • Quarterly report on the activities of the directorate.
  • Student Services- advising students and resolving their issues
  • Certification- signing and stamping of photocopies of certificates as certificate true copy.
  • Organization of training programme for staff and writing report
