• Worked predominantly with the customer service department, supporting day-to-day guest related operations, staff coordination, and internal administrative processes.
• Rotated across multiple hotel departments to develop a holistic understanding of hospitality operations, including human capital, house keeping, security, marketing and internal support functions.

• Founded Tikvah For Life, a non-profit organization addressing the rising challenges faced by young mothers in Ghanaian society.
• Established and led educational and skills development training programs to empower unprivileged young mothers, supporting over 40 participants to date.

• These basic necessities include medical bills, daily meals, tuition fees for their children amongst others.

• Helped with work assessments, projects, preparation for exams and provided research and writing skill labs
• Though my term at the University Of Exeter has ceased as of graduating, I still offer such services to my mentees.

• Was a counselling assistant to MPhil students-taking notes and observing client behaviour
• Was involved in group meetings where clinical cases were discussed and decisions on diagnostic tools and assessments such as the DSM-V were made
• Counselled a student client at the university under supervision.
