KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AS HR PRACTITIONER, SIC 2002-2014
* Advise Management on the formulation and implementation of Human Resource/Personnel Policies and programmes

*Develop appropriate procedures for the effective implementation of the same.
*Human Resource Planning & Update of Human Resource Inventory
*Advise on policy development and administration of HR policies.
