- Commit to full-time fieldwork in the assigned Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assembly (MMDA) for two and a half months.
- Conduct ethnographic studies guided by the detailed checklist in the Training Manual, focusing on decentralization and local governance indicators.
- Conduct 12 Key Informant Interviews with designated local governance experts as specified in the FRA Training Manual.
- Transcribe and submit individual reports for each of the 12 KII interviews data in the format prescribed by the Training Manual.
- Submit a synthesized report for the combined 12 KII interviews.
- Submit field report (personal observations during the interviews).
- Submit a biweekly ethnographic field reports using the reporting template/checklist from the Training Manual.
- Uphold strict confidentiality, research ethics, informed consent, and security protocols throughout their fieldwork as detailed in the manual.
- Undertake any additional research or administrative tasks that add value to the study as directed by CDD-Ghana.
