With over 10 years of experience in maternal and neonatal nursing, I have been privileged to work in both high-risk neonatal care and maternal care environments. I am particularly passionate about family-centered care, patient education, and advocacy for maternal and newborn health. I aim to develop a platform that will bridge the gap between healthcare systems and underserved communities to improve health outcomes for mothers and neonates. My background, coupled with my current position at Trust Mother and Child Hospital, equips me to contribute to projects aimed at enhancing healthcare accessibility and quality.
Having worked in maternal and neonatal care, I aspire to design and implement a platform that improves access to quality maternal and newborn care, especially for underserved populations. My aim is to empower families with the knowledge and resources they need to provide optimal care, contributing to healthier outcomes for mothers and neonates. This ambition stems from my experiences at Lister Hospital and Trust Mother and Child Hospital, where I have witnessed firsthand the challenges that families face in accessing and navigating maternal and neonatal healthcare.
