My highest qualifications are a Master of Philosophy in Statistics, and an MA in Development Studies. My expertise and experience in research and impact evaluation of education programs will be important to the duties specified under this role. I have worked as a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research professional for development programs, including early-grade education and accelerated learning programs, since September 2013.

C. I completed a thesis on "The Role of International Donors in Promoting Inclusive Education," as part of my Master of Arts in Development Studies. I used a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze how the inclusion policies of major global education program donors are effective in ensuring inclusion in access to primary and secondary education.

E. In 2021, I served as a Coordinator for a global study that the University of Cambridge was conducting into the teaching component of the FCDO’s Girls Education program across Zimbabwe and Ghana. The study was led by the Research for Equitable Access and Learning (REAL) Centre of the university. I sampled schools and national education officers to participate in the study and participated in reviewing the results.
