- Track and evaluate program and compliance KPIs across field teams, using data to inform priorities and report progress against certification milestones — applying a monitoring and evidence-based approach to program management.
- Engage farmers, cooperatives, and program partners to align field operations with international traceability and compliance requirements, maintaining strong working relationships with local partners and community stakeholders.
- Prepare program reports and workplans to support operational planning, donor reporting, and senior management decision-making.
Sustainability Officer / Agronomist
4 Years 3 Months- Managed a team of sixteen (16) Field Agents delivering climate-smart agronomy and Good Agricultural Practice (GAP) training — a farmer-field-school-style extension model — to strengthen farm-level productivity and resilience.
