  • Implement collateral management and documentation processes and ensure compliance with the Bank’s loan/credit risk policies and procedures in accordance with best practices
  • Check and verify correctness of all security documentation in conformity with credit policy and regulatory requirement prior to the issuance of security compliance certification
  • Liaise with relationship managers in resolving the discharge of customers vehicles and mortgages
  • Enter and update records of customer’s documentations in bank’s collateral register
  • Handle the registration of assigned vehicles and properties used as collaterals to secure the facility with the appropriate authorities
  • Ensure that all collateral documents of customers are filled with Bank of Ghana collateral registry
  • Ensure that copies of perfected documentation are well secured in accordance with security administrative policies of the bank
  • Coordinate the registration of debentures submitted at the registrar general department.
