vii. Attending weekly environmental, social and permits meetings with the Client and Principal Contractors and following up to ensure all agreed action plans are implemented.

viii. Preparing and verifying the accuracy of periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly, biannually, annually) and ad hoc reports including photo documentation, and submitting them to the Environmental Manager for processing.

ix. Attending and supervising Principal Contractors’ Social Stakeholder Engagement Programmesand issuing reports including photo documentation and submitting to the Environmental Manager for processing.

x. Keeping updated grievance log of complaints lodged and working with Client and Principal Contractors Community Liaison Officers to resolve all complaints logged.
