Currently serving as Vice Principal and Executive Assistant Trainee at Ghana Christian International High School, where I support executive leadership across academic and operational functions within a large international school environment. I possess extensive experience implementing the Cambridge International Curriculum, particularly Cambridge Lower Secondary Global Perspectives, while leading initiatives that strengthen teaching quality, student achievement, professional learning, and institutional effectiveness. I hold a Master of Education in Educational Administration and Leadership and am currently pursuing a second Master of Education in Advanced Teaching under the University of the People's International Baccalaureate scholarship programme.
