• As the Base Manager, IAS Liberia, I set up the Base from scratch to include hiring of supporting staff and managing ground and visiting flight crew

• Cultivated relationships with local community stakeholders, promoting goodwill and cooperation between the base and surrounding areas.

As the second in command of the unit i was in charge of intelligence gathering,flight coordination and general security of the Base. I served as the safety liaison between the unit and the UN headquarters in Abidjan.

• I flew the MI-17-V5 and A109A as captain
• As the operations officer I coordinate all our flying activities with the mission Air Ops at the Mission Headquarters and still fly almost every day

• I administered the Squadron and reported to the Officer Commanding Flying Wing on helicopter operations
